Privacy notice

AdWren is a pilot project run by Nomoja. This notice explains what personal data we collect when you join the AdWren early-access list, why, and what your rights are.

Who we are

The data controller is Nomoja (company registration with the Companies Registration Office is in progress; we will add the registered company number here once issued). You can contact us about anything in this notice at admin@nomoja.com.

What we collect

When you submit the early-access form we collect what you enter:

• your name and email address;
• your business or publication name, and your town or county;
• your website, if you choose to give it;
• whether you are a business or a publisher, and your consent to be contacted.

We do not ask for payment details, and you are not required to give us any information other than the form fields marked as required.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your details only to contact you about AdWren early access and the pilot, and to reply to your enquiry. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; withdrawing does not affect anything we did before.

Who else handles your data

• Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) processes form submissions on our behalf and forwards them to us by email. Because Formspree is based in the United States, your data may be transferred outside the EEA; see Formspree's privacy policy for the safeguards it relies on.
• Our web host (Netlify) serves this website and, like most hosts, keeps technical server logs such as IP addresses.
• Google Fonts provides the typefaces used on this site, so your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as we need them to run the pilot and follow up with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your rights

Under data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email admin@nomoja.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland: dataprotection.ie.

Changes

If we change how we use your data we will update this page and the date above.
